What is the maximum capacity for an event?
Our venues accommodate up to 1,500+ guests across the Royal Imperial Hall, Grand Green Lawn, Executive Boardroom and Mangal Mini Hall, with flexible layouts.
Do you provide decoration for events?
Yes. We have a flexible decorator policy — you can use our in-house styling team or bring in your own empaneled decorators to design the space.
Is outside catering allowed at the venue?
We recommend our in-house multi-cuisine kitchen, but for specific requirements please speak with our events team to check what is permitted for your booking.
How far in advance should I book an event venue?
For peak wedding and festive dates we recommend booking 6–12 months ahead. Corporate events can often be confirmed within a few weeks.
